You mean ultrasonic cleaning?
I'm not sure what the inside of an injector looks like, but if it's an all metal construction it shouldn't be damaged when cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner. Aluminum can be damaged but I'm pretty sure injectors are not made with any aluminum parts.
This question's answer depends completely on your setup, what you plan to do with it in the future, and how many times you want to redo the fuel system.
The Bilsteins are better and they have a lifetime warranty.
If your car feels like a boat it's probably because the springs suck. If it was bouncing badly it would mean your shocks are probably blown.
As long as there is nothing else wrong with the car, you shouldn't have a problem with...
Did you have problems with the RPS from hitting the rev limiter every time? Apparently the straps break during highspeed accel/decel operations. Ex. Letting off after a dyno run or 1/4 run without clutching in, I'm assuming that hitting the rev limiter is the same sort of interaction.

I'm planning to just get the ACT extreme PP with an Act 6-puck, hopefully it will hold whatever I throw at it.
Though if I do end up running 800+hp I don't think it's going to last long...

I would be interested in one.
Are the rpm numbers you posted in the at 60mph? I haven't driven my supra for a while so I can't remember what it should be at.
While looking at other builds, I’ve noticed that many people do a staggered piping setup for their intercooler piping. The logic being that the hotside air charge takes less space and that after going through the IC, the air will be cooler and denser meaning that the piping needs to be bigger to...
I too was wondering about the transmissions strength, I don't remember where, but I read that it can't take the power levels that an r154 would be able to.
