this is a bolt on affair. you shouldnt have any problems doing it yourself. you need a 14mm wrench and thats about it. that downpipe deletes the first cat, but it bolts right up to the second one. so you should still pass a smog test (i did with only 1 cat)

check all the clearances of the cam journals. they should be within .15 to .25 mm you will probably find all of them way off like mine. i traced my tapping noises to this exact reason, cuz all my shims were within limits.

well from what i can see, thats the power steering rack. and there is no bushing... you should be able to find just the bushings at an auto parts store. if not, hit up toyota.

you have got to be kidding me. thats not what a tial is for. if you are planning on using the stock piping, you will probably need to get a pipe made with the flange welded on, or make some kind of adapter yourself. honestly, ive never seen it done... and probably for good reason.

do you have any certifications? most places want to see those instead of experience. your money will depend really on your ability and knowledge. when i started, they hired me at $20/hr flat rate (w/ certs and tools). i usually work around 50 hours a week and flag about 75 hours.
