    The best A70 trainwrecks.

Uhhh? Guessing this was sarcasm so I won't take it too seriously. No idea whose that is, but it's the exact opposite of a trainwreck.

HP needed to beat a Camry - READ PLEASE and GIVE FORTH YOUR KNOWLEDGE

Intake (I recommend the Apex'i Power Intake), 3" turbo-back, MBC or EBC @ 10 psi... I don't see why that wouldn't do it. If it doesn't, try 12 psi?

    bov question

I'm stoked to get my catless 3" turbo-back. No more problems with friends parking too close or tailgaters.:evil2:

    bov question

Yep, it's cause you run kinda rich in between shifts after boosting.

    bov question

My SSQV caused my car to stall twice in the 4 months I've had it. It seems like some peoples' cars do more than others. All it does is release unmetered air to the atmosphere and cause a rich condition for a short amount of time. With catless exhaust you can shoot teh fireballz!

It's probably only funny to people that have seen Borat. It was just a joke, and it was in English? lol

    1990 Supra Chassis

89+ body, clean, with a stock 1jz done right? I'd shell out about 6k for one. 89+ body, clean, with a stock 7m? Probably about 4k max.

    Choosing Exhaust sizes

Like they said and like what's been said 1,000 other times, 3" turbo-back generally FTW unless you have high power goals like 500+ rwhp or somethin.

    engine thumping

    :slap: It's probably rod knock.

    custom exhaust 2.75" or 3.00"

I'd go with 2.5 or 2.75 if you're n/a. I don't know much about n/a exhaust setups, though, so don't quote me on that one.

Question about mirror finish (head) & I'm lookin for a reputable machine shop in WA

Well I'm not doing a rebuild or anything (crosses fingers in hope of not receiving teh rod knockz), so I guess I can switch after the flushes. Thanks for all the help, jdub.

Question about mirror finish (head) & I'm lookin for a reputable machine shop in WA

lol Am I missing somethin here? There's a pretty big gap between 100 miles and 1500. I just read the Motor Oil 101, chapter one. I didn't know oil was this technical. Don't know if I have the attention span or time to go through 9 more chapters, though.

    just shimmed my wastegate

Yeah, the stoichiometric point @ 14.7 for a/f? I don't know how I mixed those two up, but I probably did somewhere along the way. I could have sworn it was somewhere around 13 or 14 psi though. God I don't even know anymore.:nono:

    just shimmed my wastegate

So you need to be able to get to work, and you don't have the funds and apparently not the knowledge for a head gasket job, but yet you want to shim 32435 washers in there till your HG blows?:slap:

    just shimmed my wastegate

Isn't stock fuel cut (in ideal conditions) somewhere around 14.7 psi? I could have sworn I've read that multiple times on the forums here... sorry if I was misinformed. lol, I realize having a GT4088 or somethin would definitely make you hit fuel cut "a little" bit before 14.7.

Question about mirror finish (head) & I'm lookin for a reputable machine shop in WA

Well alright then, a retorque after 5 cycles should be no problem. Why SuperTech, any particular reason? I'll be using 10W-30 Royal Purple after the flushes. Pretty stoked to be able to say I'm the only one at my high school with purple oil.:biglaugh:

    Suicide Lambo doors whaddya think?

A guy I know has lambo doors on his Del Sol he just got. I rode in it, and it took us like 3 minutes to figure out how to shut those fuckers. They don't look very good no matter what car they're on, and as for functionality... 1%, maybe.:3d_frown:
