This is somewhat relevant. The seats in my 88 feel softer/better than they did in my 89. Both cars had around the same mileage so I don't know if that accounts for usage amount...i.e. wear should be the same? Anyone ever notice this?

What kind of wheels are you running? Ive wondered is there any risk of breaking studs if you run an aftermarket wheel thats lug centric and dont use a hub ring. Anyone?
Not to nitpick but rotating mass isn't the same as static mass. Shedding 12lbs on your wheels is worth more than you stopping fast food consumption and losing 12lbs for example. Then again, in the real world I guess perception is everything.
