Ibeen referring to a silencer this whole time and calling it a resonator. Silencers fit in the tip and are removable. Resonators are part of the exhaust and are not. From my experience you shouldnt be trying to buy an exhaust with the idea of running the silencer in at all times...
I know that guy...not personally but know of him. He does all his own body work. Its a nice car and I think its worth it. The problem comes from finding a midpoint in what people expect mk3's to be worth and the amount spent on them. Im sure he's spent that much (his asking price) or more but...

Hehe...Socal has lots of people. I don't miss the police there but sure do miss the car scene in general. I'm in Ohio for college atm. Mkiv sounds nice!

The fitting that mhopemk3 posted is cool, didnt know about it. Still ridiculous for a fitting but not toooo bad. that way you could have one smaller hose all the way. Or you could just use the stock bov also.
WOWOWOW. I absolutely love it! Then again im biased because I own a burgandy 88 but that truly is one of the nicest ive ever seen. I love the wheels and how clean the front end is.
