Yea ive been reading wondering where coolant was coming out from...?? It really sounds more like a popped line somewhere because coolant product out of the engine would more than likely be steam/smoke and not liquid.

The loud whistling/SHRILL noise leads me to believe it is a boost leak. Since they can be kind of hard to find by the naked eye you might want to try and make a boost leak tester. Just type that into search and you should be able to find how. If the turbo was bad...it wouldnt spin freely or...
