Hey Guys,
The conversion done on my A70 doesn't have functioning A/C i thought it was just because the gas had run out but upon inspecting the wiring harness and plugs I found that 4 wires on the EA2 plug weren't connected to anything, they were simply cut and heat shrinked.
So not a huge...
I didn't find those,
I went to this website http://web.archive.org/web/20060323191804/www.1jz-gte.us/92Supra6.html
like the first one you showed me was nice and easy, but i checked that website and couldn't find where those wires went for the A/C
yeah me neither... *sigh*
Cant read wiring diagrams either, I'm a mech eng student and wasn't that great at electronics....
Anyone gimme a crash course on reading wiring diagrams?
I will do that then.
You don't happen to have another pdf similar to the last with how to wire up the AC do you?
Searched that website and couldnt make out how to doit
don't "need" them but on the EA2 I am curious to know what goes where. As a few of the wires weren't in use.
So if you could dig up any info on them that would be great
ok i got the plug connected to my loom. Cut it open and found which wires had been joined.
Was surprised to find that not all the wires on that plug were in use though.
I'll take a flick through the JZA70 TSRM but if anyone knows about that plug and what each individual wire does lemme...
Ok I got another problem.
Did you upgrade from a 7M-GE or GTE??
Coz it seems my body wiring doesn't have a particular plug that connects to the engine
photos later
