that happens to me too. all you have to do is just let it idle for a bit. reason why it doesit is cuz you reseted the EFI. its like removing the EFI fuse while the car is still running. i sometimes driveit around then in no timeits fine again.

Your factory fuel lines should be fine at 400, I've got praise for the SAFC II as a fine tuning device for a/f. Oh, and of course beyond 400 is going to be more than just upping your fuel pressure, etc. etc. insert supporting mods here.
it would be a good idea to replace the flywheel bolts to ARPs and also replace the rear main seal. the pilot bearing is also a must but should be already included with the flywheel.
