I have heard of others registering their cars in a non somg state. You will have out of state tags and might get away with it for a little longer.
Now a big BUT. But I have also read where they got busted buy doing that (cop noticed the car at same house / around town a lot)...

Ya you could have been doing 70 ish. I can't find the speed table and reference to aftermarket tire size, but you would be amazed at the difference.
Put it this way my CTS-V has a OEM tire size 245-45-18 I put on 255-40-18 tires and my speed by GPS was 75 when my speedo was showing 70!!!

Any sort of Ft/lbs used or ft/lbs wrench wrench you ill run the risk of braking them off or stripping them out. In.lbs ONLY
YES they are way TO tight.

Yep Im sure. There only in alum. ;) and yep it is a allen heard.
BTW this is what I used to get them out. Oldest trick in the book if you dont have a 14mm allen key.
Just grab a extra 14mm head bold and nut and tighten them together and presto, you can use you ratchet to get them in and...
