    Jebus' Build/Bolt on Thread

Today started the day off good as soon as i got off school i started cracking away at the electrical side of my oil cooler and fan, had to pick up some stuff but it will prove to be useful later on. Installed an inline fuse to keep it safe and added a beefier ground for the cluster of...

    Screws: Loctited AND stripped!!!

go to sears, the craftsman tool section has little bits that dig into the metal of the screw and form new indents for you to get some grip on them while trying to take them off. Try to save some material on the head so you dont just break it off and end up w/ a metal filled hole.

    Quieter Please

im running the BLITZ nur-spec and it IS loud, probably because of the ddp exhaust leek and the other leaking exhaust gasket i have. But still get that droning sound going up a hill part throttle.

What keeps you from calling it quits?

My car is nothing amazing to deserve so much of my time/effort and take so much time away from my personal life. But at the same time i refuse to let a 3800 lb of metal defeat me. It can be better, it can be pushed to the next level and i always wonder if i have the physical/mental capabilities...

wut color you going w/ your interior black on green mica would look sick. http://www.parasolinc.com/ Find someone w/ a good paint gun and either buy the pints, or get the aerosols and tape up your garage for a make shift paint booth. Just make sure everything is CLEAN and go over it with a...

High-temp paint in relation to exhaust

Depending how close you got to your turbo it'd need to be some pretty good paint and it also depends on what paint you use. Most real high temp paints require that you bake them after painting at about 600+ degrees to get the finish right. In general a thinner coat will resist chipping should...

    Transmission Cooler lines

For you cooler i'd get a B&M stacked plate design cooler, hit up summit and you'll find the size you need. As for the hacked up metal lines, where did the previous owner hack em up? Really close to the tranny or just the ends. I just use oil resistant hose and screw clamps w/ no problems.

    which injector plug goes where

Starting from cylinder #1, it starts w/ the grey clip and alternates grey-brown-grey-brown-grey-brown, you should tell from the reach of the clips where they go. ~Luis
