have you tried swapping coils? maybe one of the coils is delivering a week spark to that cylinder.

quite frankly a wet sponge w/ soapy water is what i use. if its greasy, i use that gojo hand cleaner. it takes the oil off of your hands w/ a quickness and a bit of a grit to rub stuff out and it wont take your paint off.
