If i recall previous threads correctly, NPR is stock or damn close to it. Do a search, it should come up fairly readily.

Cleaning your CSI may help. They get gunked up easily with the EGR setup.

I get the same problem in that area. I have not targeted what exactly it is. Its not too loud, but noticeable even in the car at idle, not through the rpms though. Typically only notice it when its hot as well. My area to check into is anything rotating with belts first. Have not done it yet...

Nice job. Impressive. Says a lot for the 7m and supra build quality itself. Good video too but could've done w/o that music. I'd much much much rather be able to hear the engine and turbo in all of its goodness.

IIRC someone sent the turbo in for an inspection a while back? Am i wrong? I really don't feel like reading through 26 pages to find out for sure. I'd like to know the results...

I was under the impression the 'venting' function of this vsv was to eliminate fuel vapors and get rid of the air pockets, not necessarily just to increase FP.

Im well aware of the fact a TPS can be disconnected and the car can be driven. It would be a poor design if it didn't. Try resetting your ECU and disconnecting the TPS.....maybe then my point will be made. Try resetting your ECU and adjusting your TPS out of spec (as this is mostly what happens...

Not sure if the use them but its possible the grounding rivets are loose or bad. Happens to the int. dome lights all the time. BTW, this is the wrong section. Does this seem like a 7mgte specific issue?

^disturbances? how do you figure? Any air entering the AFM will be METERED and should not cause issues, fan shroud or not. When you're driving 80mph down the highway do you really think there won't be massive fluctations of airflow and temp under the hood?
