The information about ACIS is in the N/A Upgrade FAQ, but basically if it's not working right you'll feel a "kick" at 3800+ RPM, or it'll "drop off" at 3800+ RPM (depends on which way it's not working). You should never feel a change in anything. It should be smooth.

It's probably faulty ACIS or maybe you just have a Cressida motor (non ACIS)

I'm pretty close to stock. Just an intake which probably doesn't do much and a slightly larger than factory exhaust. It's not bad, and I enjoy the car still. Oh well. The quote in my signature says it all :)
