Is there a way to tell which cams are N/A or Turbo just by looking at them, measuring them, or just some kind of casting markings. I know this is a stupid question but I have four sets of camshafts that I took off of messed up heads. Two are from N/A heads and the other two are from turbos. The...
Kind of. The block originally came out of a 91 Turbo. I rebuilt it and used the parts from a trashed 87 engine and installed it in my 87. I bought a 90 N/A car. Now...get this...I took the rebuilt engine out of my 87 and am installing it in the 90. I had to change the engine mounts due to that...
You're probably right about the dampener being withdrawn (I didn't think about that - now I have to check if the bolt holes are in the frame). The engine is from a '91 btw and it's going into a '90 I originally worked the engine to fit in my '87 which I just pulled it out of. Now I'm confused:aigo:

You don't need to use as much grease as I did. I actually ended up pulling it apart before I installed the...
I am looking to buy a used one. I just want to check the part numbers since I have like three of them but I think they are all for N/A's and plus the 89+ are different and have an electrical connector on them.
On top of that....I am pretty meticulous about my car and want to have it perfect...
