yes and yes. You can also use 2jzgte headgaskets in your 1jzgte. Mine has a 2jzgte in it. You can get em from toyota for $110 shipped with careful shopping. Also when changing a headgasket, always use new bolts, or you'll be doing another headgasket as soon as you put on some decent boost.

Usually when you run rich it black smokes. When you run INSAINELY rich, it white smokes and you can light it on fire out of the tail pipe. Check the IC pipes. Is the cold side clean or oily?

Are you 1JZGTE? If so you're not going to be able to install 2JZGTE twins. 550's are good for 500whp.

Add more boost! I bet you can get 22-23psi out of that thing on 93 octane LOL! I bet you could do 550whp on pump now.

If your compression is steady like that, use it to your advantage. Tune for more boost on pump gas :)
