I was just looking at it, and it actually was not bent, it looks bent but has a hair line fracture and it is cracked and that is where it started to come apart.

My thread is right here about mine grinding. You have to take off the dust cover the black piece, just slightly tap it and it will come right off. Then you just get a strong flat head screw driver and pull it out. And your done.
