rpm signal is a bad signal comming from IGf. Check the diagnostic port with a meter that can measure freq, and measure the freq of IG- to ground, it should give a clean freq proportional to rpm. If it doesn't, then there is a wiring problem, or ignitor problem. Water temp should ba an easy fix...

Problem = fuel. Check resistor pack, fuel pressure, jump Fp and B+ on the check connector and listen for fuel flow through the regulator.
