    supras+handling=crap what have you done/can u do

Good luck with that. Such a kit doesn't exist. But if you are going to upgrade a bunch of stuff, get bushings for the upper a-arms (f/r) and lower fronts - then replace the traction arms, et al in back. It will be alot more than a bushing kit though...

TTR springs are a rougher ride than expected....

I have Tanabe's matched with Koni's. Coming from JIC c/o's its a whole different and smoother ride. If I was to do it again, I would probably go with bilsteins instead of Koni's - only because the Koni's are a pain to adjust and can only be truely matched on a shock dyno - where the bilstein's...

    didnt pass smog HELP!!!

That doesn't solve the issue that his car is running like sh!t. I'm sorry, but I get tired of retarded answer's like that one that subvert the problem instead of fixing it....regardless of car type.

    Aftermarket Oil Pressure sensor mounting?

two places that are possibilities: in the plug right under the h20 input (from rad to motor - lower hose) on the block or in the plug right next to the oil filter housing (also in the block - left of housing)

    cryo treating engine internals

cryo treating is a form of stress relief through controlled deep freezing - it is not a coating or barrier. here is an article to explain it in depth: http://www.metal-wear.com/Articles/Heat%20Treat%20Progress.pdf

Chevy Springs Mod + Port/Polish Qs

300 for the valve job, 175 for the valve adjustment (for brand new valves). That's what I paid in labor 1 month ago. I wouldn't waste the time on a valve job using old valves, I'm sure I have pics of my 130k mi valves somewhere...

Rebuilding an R154... is it hard to do?

Their standard service is $895 - which includes parts, labor, cleaning and warranty. I had purchased all the parts to do the rebuild myself (their rear bearing plate, all the bearings, syncro's, thrust washer (1st), etc) so I more or less paid for their labor, which came out to be about $425...

Rebuilding an R154... is it hard to do?

WOW back from the dead. I guess I can contribute... Be lazy and send it to Marlin Crawler. Their bearing kits are the same as MDC's. Their rear bearing plate (I should post a pic of the OE one, its ~1/2 as thick as theirs), shifter seat bushing, new 1st gear thrust washer and a few other misc...

    Passing CA emmisions

The people that have issues passing smog usually: 1. have a car that runs shitty 2. have a bunch of 'look at me mods' (no cat, open dump for wastegate, open bov) 3. remove smog equipment (no egr, cats, etc) I do not know if out of state cars need to go to a ref station before registration...
