just check the codes, jumper the diagnostic termianls (cant remeber them off the top of my head) and go from there. Check all the connections you were working around and make sure they are on correctly.- T34418L3ONE

Fuel pump?WTF!
i think so because at that point your just running 12v all the time instead of a variable voltage. Try the 12v mod and see if that works- T34418L3ONE

maybe the fuel pump relay was faulty so they jumpered it and the diagnostic port- T34418L3ONE
