Well when I pulled my engine apart all the bearings were worn bad but #6 was the worst i mean about 3 times worse than the other bearings...

I used the weight that the manual told me to use and I just used brand name Vavoline Gear Oil.... I cant remember the weight I used... and I think it was something like 3 and a half quarts that it took...

Isnt that an automatic? I dont think manual trannys have filters... Autos are alot more touchy with their fluid and seals and everything else...

I get a bad knocking noise going over bad bumps in the road in the rear. Think it could be bushings too? But my car has a pretty good alignment... when I was under there I noticed that the sway bar end link bushing need to be replaced. Think it could be that instead?
