Sorry...That's the blow off valve and I'm not sure if it will make a difference if you bypass that thing.
I'm sure you can find that similar one way valve or a filter at local auto parts store.
If you are using a pressure regulator (?psi) it will not work with the type of waste gate the twins have. Use the spring plunger type regulator which holds the pressure at desire setting as the other regulator uses vacuum and open pressure. Any pics of that regulator?

Cap off one of the vacuum port.
Connect one of the vacuum ports to the MBC supply.
Connect (T) both of the waste gates to the exhaust.
Use equal length lines from MBC to the waste...
Most Muffler shop carries all types of flanges for your exhaust. I fab my own feed line and I'm getting the return line from Aaron (Driftmotion) with the Arz flanges complete.
