the toyota trecel is a smaller cc
one of the guys got a kia spectra cc which was said to be even smaller, but these two cc's didn't have a check valve
oh didn't notice you use a possible bad hg, maybe the 90ft lbs on head bolts played a role also
at least you can do it yourself, hope it goes better this time around
darn that sucks, what are your plans now?
maybe it happened because of that hose in the back of the head that broke or maybe the starting of the bhg cause that
it doesn't matter if different amounts are removed, just have what the total material was removed
if more is removed from the block and less from the head your still compensating with the hg
you can just have the machine shop take off whatever is needed and get a different size mhg unless you already have that one
are you trying to use the stopper mhg?
you just have to squeeze it over it, people do it, maybe they heat it right before and use soapy water
or you could have a custom pipe made with the needed bungs on it
looks good, i like the color of the valve covers
but switching from the maroon int to the blue?:thumbsdow haha j/k
happen to have any of the maroon int left?
when i got mine brand new it had the viton on the outter layers, the black stuff coating (hks stopper)
but im not sure if its on all or any of the inner layers
is it brand new? if someone knows the part im unsure of and its a no then id send it back for another
