How hard is it to get 500whp from a 7m? Then how hard for a 1jz for same amount of power? And finally 2jz? Also what would ballpark figures be to get to that power on each motor?

Well the car was sold already when I talked to the guy about it. Apparently it was in fairly good shape. So I guess now I just gotta save up 2-3k for one then.

Reason why it overheated so fast was because of the thermostat but other than that nothing else wrong with it.

Yep but it was a cold night with a breeze so it cooled down in a decent amount of time and nothing is wrong with engine execpt a problem with the thermostat.

I had a car that cost 1200 and was a piece of shit to the letter but the car I have was gotten at 800 and still is very good.

You are doing the right thing and taking to the vet to check it out. It could just be an irrtated spot and scratched or it could be from a fight with another animal but can be hard to tell just from pics and not being there in person.

If you think about it and tune it right could't you have a car with a very good usable power band. e.x. first turbo does low end second does mid and third does top end with each leading into the next one.

When I was in my seneior year of highschool one of my friends said that he had seen a triple turbo supra in new mexico(he was born and raised till 17 there) I have only heard of twin turbos but never triple. If it is real anyone know about it.

I have been leaning towards the 87+ for the ma71 and the r154 tranny is the only reason why. But how many are the ma70 vs the ma71? But what I can get ahold of will determine on what I get huh:-p
