how much power would you gain just dropping in 440's with his setup and an SAFC?

I was also wondering about what hi/low throttle points to use. I searched and found a couple different opinions, but I would like to get an expert opinion.

people have made significant power with the SAFC, you just need to know what your doing. For most peoples goals they work great.

yep, my jza70 is limited at 180kph, but $100 for an HKS SLD to fix that. Not that you need to go that fast very often anyways.

I have been working on ideal gas law calculations, but as you say there are some assumptions and parameters that are difficult to calculate or measure. I will take a look at van der waals. it's for a final engineering project by the way.

thanks for the replies. I realize that altitude is definately a factor because of the lower atmospheric pressure, but I was wondering if there was a relationship assuming constant pressure.

Does anyone know of a relationship between intake charge temperature and hp increase? Or a relationship between mass flow rate of the intake charge and power would also work. thanks.

T it in to the vac line going to the stock electonic boost pressure sender.

my autometer gauge reads about 75 psi cold idle, about 50 psi warm idle and cruising. The sender is attached to the block through 1/2" braided line.

Strongly disagree. It took me about a day to get used to, and its kinda nice having something a little more unique.

Did you notice any rough idle like I heard some people talk about? Or is the only downfall the check engine light on all the time?

How much are those tires worth if you don't mind me asking?
