    Bought an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and got it put on last weekend. Put my fuel pressure back up to the stock 42psi and now I can run to about 17psi without hitting fuel cut. Still have to do some tuning though and I'm hoping I can get to the dyno in the next few weeks.

    Is it still stock clutch? Might be ok for a while but something to start thinking about because I'm sure you are going to want to turn up the boost.:icon_bigg You don't need anything special for spark plugs especially at 8-10psi, ngk bkr7e's at .028 is generally recommended.

    Need some explanation on the How. Did you raise fuel pressure like is commonly done? I agree with grimreaper's suggestion that getting a FPR is the ideal way to do this, but was originally looking for a 'budget' method to safely raise boost above fuel cut rather than spending $300.

    Well that's too bad, luckily it wasn't too expensive or a lot of work. Do you mean raise the fuel cut with a FCD? With my SAFC setting my fuel cut still hits at the stock level. I do not have fuel pressure regulator so I don't think I can get around this without a FCD which I was trying to avoid.

    Have you driven both? I don't think I would be willing to give up any more lag than the .58 has already, but i'm not looking for huge power goals, just want quick throttle response and minimal lag out of the corners. I really would be interested to drive both back to back though.

    good info, does anyone have a part number for the 3 bar GM map sensor? Also, how critical do you guys think it is to get the map sensor if you are planning on going just over fuel cut limit, say 16psi? With AFC and wideband of course.
