The Factory adjustment is fine as long as the Car is not set to low. otherwise you will have to much negative Camber no matter what unless you start changing other things.
I do not recall seeing a set for the Supra that does have that.

Did you actually assemble them yourself as well or did you get the components and have a pace do it?
where / how did you get PCB board that were curved like that?
ORC is relitivly new to the Clutch Market, they have got in in the last couple of years and really have broken some good ground with their stuff, i have only ever heard good about them, even with them being a new company
i have used the NGK Iridiums and the Platinums, platinum lasers which came in my Clip, the Lasers so far have had the nicest result i think but the Iridiums i think were on the verge of being to hot. Maybe if you go 1 level colder they would be ok
ya deffinatly check your grounds and make sure you are getting good voltage to your ECU,
Also if your fuel pump is running constantly then i would say that there is something miss wired somewhere. I would start with that problem. both could be related.
i also put up some info in my build thread, some of the capacitors in the ECU are Polarity sensitive so you need to make sure you are putting them back in the right way around.

better question yet, i breifed over this but figure it was not covered, what MAP sensor are you running now? 2J map or 1J map, could posibly be part of the problem your seeing
