Car will only start using a little ether. Cranks fine. strong spark / tach reading. Checked AFM and fuel pump as per TSM all readings within specs. Car runs great otherwise and will often start if the down time is less than approx 15min. Any ideas or experience with similar problems?

I am running 3" pipe from turbo to tail pipe with a free flowing cat and a Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler. Tone is too low and interior resonation is painful. I will be installing a resonator soon.
