    7M cylinder head porting

ahh ok that makes sense. I could see it also weakening the valve stem also. maybe even breakage from the increased movement?

    bad fuel pump?.

Try doing what Supracorwin said and jumping the pins to run the fuel pump without having the car running. This is very simple and easy troubleshooting! You will hear fuel riculating when the pins are jumped if everything is working correctly. The next time your car wont start jump the pins, if...

    7M cylinder head porting

Ive seen other port work where people have actually cut the guide itself down to almost nothing... These are also n/a builds for major hp goals. What sort of damage would weakening the vavle guide cause?

ChrisC's Clean Silver 87 buildup (tons of pics)

thanks man :icon_bigg My next step on the head is to radius the sharp edges on the exhaust ports then do some more clean up around the vavle seat area. Im probly going to end up replaceing all the exhaust vavles and recutting the seats. I had the head pressure tested and it passed but I dont...

    7M cylinder head porting

Yess sir I did some reading up on port work of the 7m before I began :biglaugh: Mostly on just not too do port matching on the exhaust side. 7M cylinder head porting

My basic goal was on this port job was to make the head more free flowing but still retain as much of the stock port overall width as I could to prevent increased lag. Intake side was made slightly larger and made MUCH more free flowing (comparing to stock) then retextured with 60 grit paper...

AFM with atmospheric BOV...is this bad to do?

I found the stalling with a vented bov very annoying. The ECU did eventually figure it out somewhat, but it still did occure. mostly at times when in heavy traffic, moving slowly like jdub said. Now that was VERY annoying lol. I just put the stock recirc back on because of it. just my .02
