if FP is on, i bet you wired the AFC wrong and cut the AFM signal incorrectly or one of the other wires.

um. you shouldn't drive until the car is running correctly. Did you do a compression check, did you inspect the turbo's before putting them in? THey are prone to failing. I don't know if you want help or just want to rant.
