Finally some progress today! my crank spins freely, all my clearances checked out, My oil pump is below standard clearances, and the pressure relief valve doesnt fall to the bottom under it's own weight as stated in the TSRM, i'm thinking everythings ok, also, i only have a 40-200 ft/lb torque...

IMO, there is no debating this one. Cometic MHG of course is superior. However if you don't prep the block and head correctly, it will be worse than a stock gasket!

That goes without saying! Thats quite some wiring you've got left! If you need a hand, i'm good with a soldering iron, or crimps, whatever connections you have goin on, i'm good with electronics / wires, and i'm begging for an excuse to see that piece of work in person! :naughty:

I'm sure as long as it's a quality filter, and you bypass the old filter / have the right plumbing from the pump, theres no reason not to use it on the supra

No! You don't need to have the lowest clearance in the spec, but a tightly built 7M, is a happy 7M, you definitely want to be in the spec, off the top of my head, .0015-.0022 i think! <ninja edit> .0012-.0019
