Thanks Ken, I'm going to try and replace that before TX! I need to find this problem first. I haven't changed the oil yet but I did adjust the clutch and it do anything. I'm going to put it up on some jack stands in a little bit to pull off the inspection plates and see if I can see anything.

Bad luck man! I had the same thing happen to my last tranny, when the first gear thrust washer broke, it put a lot of pressure on the 3rd gear hub and was hard to drive. Then 3rd gear just gave out because of the pressure. You going to do the TH350 swap?

Nope not at all!! Play with fuel pressure first then go from there. Honestly tuned right you should never have to adjust the screw. I have the AFM still and it's working fine.
