    Welding a targa top shut

I also couldn't agree more. I take the roof off at every available oppotunity. It turns alot more heads that way too. Just stitch weld your frame and your wet noodle problem is essentially gone!

    My Xbox 360....Watercooled....4 Years Later

I`m not entirely sure I see the gains of water cooling and xbox being worth the efforts. I guess I have not personally had any issues with them yet. I have had friends who did though and we just did the wrap it in a towel trick and there still going strong today. I really wouldnt want to run...

    My Xbox 360....Watercooled....4 Years Later

I`ve also been overclocking and water cooling for years, more for the silence of the machine recently than anything else. I would highly recommend adding a little antifreeze or other anti-rust and whatnot fluid to your liquid. Water wetter works really well and also prevents you water from...

    BHG block indentations

One thing I didn't notice mentioned here is be sure to come back, revisit and give the head a retorque after running for a short time. Perhaps one of the wiser guys here can offer some type of schedule for this operation. I feel it's important though since as perviously mentioned the alu head...

Rear defroster draining massive power, any common problems?

I'm sure that this is an uncommon problem but back in 87 when I owned a 86 celica my rear window defroster had a very serious issue that eventually forced the total replacement of it under warrenty. It went like this...... One day after starting the car to warm it up on a particularly cold day...

Making a MKIII water temp gauge work with MKIV temp sender

Ummm, I don't believe it does actually..... I ended up using the MKIV temp sensor signal for the ECU. And one of my old MKIII 7M sensors seperately to the guage cluster. Each has it's own temp sensor that was native to the ecu and the cluster. I found this the most direct simple solution. I...
