There is also a way to properly break in cams. The shop in Arizona that rebuilt my K5 Blazer didn't break in my new "competition cam's" mild cam and it cost me 4 flat lobes and another rebuild by a proper shop.

The CFM ratings from SPAL look honest as they show the ratings at different static loads but even the SPAl dual 12" will not compare with the stock fan and clutch...

The damage is to great to blend the tips, thats what we do on F404's but that is only to file minor chips. If a blade is curled that bad the engine has to be borescoped to check the other stages for damage.
You should pull it and check the hotside also...

The bilstiens have a 3 level perch adjutment but I have mine set the highest with tein springs and its srill too low. Was even lower with eibachs but I had some spring spacers pit in ju so the tires didn't rub, the teins have to big a gap on the spring to install them.

No, Cam and Crank sensors would be a code 12 or 13 . You are getting a code 14 which is ignition. The troubleshooting steps are here.

The ebay link had the gates belt number on it. Even with no hydro fan you still have the water pump so the belt would be the same for both setups but not OEM.
I went with the fluidampr and it uses stock belt after my second stock pulley went.

You should adjust the TPS as per the TSRM.
What injectors are you running. I had 440's on mine with stock ECU and it took awhile to start. Put the 370's back in and it fires right up.
My 87 has a sunroof, this sunroof was also available on other Japanese models. I got a replacement from a Honda at the loacal pick a part in Phoenix when my seal failed.
A working CEL will tell where to look, fix that and you can narrow the problem down. You might also try a test light on W of the diagnostic connector which is tied to the CEL and read codes there.
