a flux capacitor isnt all that important. it kinda depends on your set up. otherwise you'll be ok without it. i havent yet needed one
the TSRM online has the EPC for the TEMS. look on there if your need wiring lay outs.
275 seems a lil big for a 9 inch rim. try 265 and that should help with rubbing.
another note, as the suspention drops like a bump or coil overs the rim naturally picks up camber. get a bunch of people to sit in your car and watch your tire to see if it'll rub

i had a momo hub with a NRG QR on a TTR wheel. worked well but if i could go back to that set up i would have used a thin QR and short hub
a tad??? 40 psi on a cold start is ok but 70 psi???? is anyone else runing 70 psi one there low pressure high volume system? what weight oil are you using?
plus you can start popping things out at that pressure .
in conjunction with this, open your oil cap while the car is running. is there smoke coming out?
another thing is 70PSI on a cold start is a lot. did you do anything to the pump?
