Google the wiring for them coils. Compare like 3 of them and ohm out the trigger wire back to the ecu plug in the firing order. Something happened when you matched coils. 7 and 8 are active (unless that's how you have it wired) and the injector are funky setup too. All should be primary.

Also check and see if the 1zz coil is a falling or rising edge trigger and make that change.

I just looked at his .Cal. There are some goofy things. The phasing on the coils needs fixing, and some injector naming needs fixed. I sent him a running tune file I was using for him to reference. Good call on the wiring, might be wired wrong on the center 2 pins.

open aem tuner, file, save calibration as. email me the tune and ill see if I can see anything weird.

in the 10 page instruction manual that comes with the aem, it talks about the stat sync while cranking. are you getting this at all. I forget which tab its under, but i beleive its under the diagnostic page.

When you have aem tuner open, click file, the save tune. I always put stuff on the desktop so I know where it is. name it what you want, and its a .cal file.
