    Fuel Return/Throttle Cable Questions.

The MKIV cable is a tad short on the SC body, i hear it is on the MK3 also.... If i'm not mistaken but the corolla throttle cable from the 90's is 1in longer then the MKIV TT cable, exactly what we need.

    Differances in 1J revision

Joe, there has to be ECU tune changes. I'm sorry but Toyota like all engine manufacturers fine tune their base tunes as years go by. In fact, it's probably safe to say that nearly every year released has some kind of revision. As other people are saying, the Soarer and Chaser also got...

    1JZ 2JZ Alternator Conversion Harness

Note: Soarer 1JZ's are round plug. You can basically use any USDM JZ series alternator from 1992 to 2000. IS300 alt's work quite nice.

    vvti 2jz?

It's great for stock twin or small turbine performance, but to play with the big boys you need a non-vvti engine. The single VVTI guys have to disable vvti anyways, because it fucks with the tune, so whats the point of having it anyways.... IDK if AEM can control DBW, but I know a motec can...

    Differances in 1J revision

Gen 1 has the defective vent tube that was recalled due to too much blowby causing turbine failure. The main difference between gen 1 and 2 is the turbo outlet design with that pipe. Also most gen 2 do not have traction controll and have a cleaner throttle body. I have nothing to back...

    Best Springs for Cam swap?

I rev to 8000 on stock springs and cams, but I wouldn't do that if I were you... Don't waste your time putting in aftermarket cams if you're goin to use stock springs. Anything is better then stock, especially if you want to take advantage of the new power in the 8000+ rpm range that the...
