Listen I know I cant do much and I wish I could do more but I am pulling for you and praying for you. I know it will all be good because like people have said you own a supra, your tougher then the average joe. May god make the surgeons hands speedy and accurate and may your recouvery be full...
Alberta FTW!!!!
No emissions test to speak of. Therefore no cats. But from what I remember in BC they do "drive" the car.
But here:
1982 and newer gasoline vehicles under 8501 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) with two-wheel or part-time four wheel drive.
These vehicles will receive an...
I have been reading up alot on these and properties of oil and filters. I was wondering if there are kits available or if someone has made a bypass/depth filtration kit for there car and has part numbers to share. Also for the oil coolers, what are the parts I would require in order to make it...
87 definetaly 87. I like the look of the front bumper better. if it was a perfect world I will find 89+ tails and side mouldings and then it will be perfect.
Well the hose is the one from the valve covers to the block. I believe it is for the PCV system. Take a look. Also if someones knows the part number off hand or can help to direct me that would be awesome.
Thanks

Maft pro elminates the need of the AFM with the speed density setting. It still measure airflow but through the intercooler piping or where every you choose to put the sensor. This way you can free up the intake and just have a filter on the turbo. But I am not maft pro expert, far from it, Dr...
Do a metal head gasket (for sure) and forged internals for extra reassurance. 450hp is not pushing the limit of the stock pistons and rods. ARP everything. Also if you are going maft-pro use the speed density mode so you dont need the lexus AFM, just a sensor in the intercooler piping. Finally...
Thought it might be fun to see how many devoted supra owners there are.
First off:
I am currently at work cruising the forums. Ah nothing better than working in a biology lab that is just setting up!
So with the link that sheaff provided, what kind of in line filter should be used and should it be hook up to the vaccum line or the line from the valve covers?
Tru only with the AC on tho, with it off it ran just fine. I think it might just be the old radiator, thinking about a PWR. but anyways it is not overheating and i never let the temp rise with the AC on so...
no rly?? the engine is idleing fine. Like I said no smoke, EGTs are normal, boost is normal, temp is fine, it runs strong.
Could anybody see it being the PCV system??
