My full face feramic disc held up to 375+ whp so far no problem. It's a south bend stage 3 ofe feramic/organic disc as well.
I did just have to send the pressure plate back to South Bend because of a broken pressure plate strap. Hopefully they cover it under warranty, I'll find out tomorrow...
Mine weighed in at 3860lbs 1/4tank of gas, 2 12" subs, some tools, full interior, 5spd targa.

52 will definitely be noticeable. A fault in the knock sensor wiring or the sensors themselves can cause a bunch of problems.
Maybe fix the code 52 and see if the problem goes away. A knock sensor rewire is very simple to do and cheap.
It bolts in underneath. Pull up the fuse box, take off the bottom cover and you'll see em. IIRC they're held in with 10mm bolts.
