I looked up the part# and it's the FIPK, which is just a filter and adapter to replace the stock airbox.

The throttle body will come off with the Y pipe. It's pretty much going to have to look like this to change the plugs:

I believe TEMS only goes to full firm when you are cornering, stopping, or accelerating hard.

Looks to me like it replaces everything up to the cat. Pacesetter header: OBX header: stock manifold:
