    Addictions

It's not the first 5 24, or 72 hours. It's just getting out the habit of the "fuck I'm stressed, I'll have a cigarrette..." "ah, work is over, I think I'll have a smoke" or the "I just had a nice dinner, how about a cigarette", and even the "I think I'm working up a nice dump, I ought to have...

what sway bars do you use?

A quick note on the school of thought I follow: Swaybars are good with softer springs -- they prevent lateral body roll, giving the car a sporty feel without a terrible everyday ride. Unfortunately, they do nothing for brake dive or acceleration squat (both of which cause an increase of...

what sway bars do you use?

I made a table comparing the stiffness a couple years back, it might be in the FAQ section (not sure who reposted it after supramania crashed). Basically tanabe are non adjustable, but are hollow (lighter) Whitelines are burley and adjustable ST/Cusco are basically the same and are "the...

what sway bars do you use?

18/10, but would recommend 18/12 for track. Works excellent, but is pretty firm for a daily. Puts power down better in the corners though

5sp swap... done in a day?

If you have to ask, I'd say plan on 2. It basically is a clutch change + pedal swap, clutch master & slave install, and driveshaft install. The brake pedal swap and clutch pedal installation took far longer than I thought it should have (for me).

    rear end (differential) gears ?

Your speedometer will read the same mph it did before at the same rpm. So whenever you're at 3100rpm in 5th gear, it will say you're going 80mph. You could be actually going 85, or 75, but your speedometer will read the same mph/rpm as it always did. As for your jdm auto, it sounds like the...

    rear end (differential) gears ?

From http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32898 But, if you did change your rear end, your speedometer would still indicate 80mph at 3100rpm (because the speedometer cable attaches to the transmission -- so it has no idea what rear end is in the car)

    Post your poker bad beats

He had a good hand preflop, which made it a little better. But I was like 10 seats away from the bubble and I really didnt want any callers. Besides busting out so close to the money, what made me bang my head on the keyboard is the fact he only had 1 out. The King of spades would have given...
