Im not bashing but, can someone clear this up for me? What is the point of having such a large inter cooler, when clearly not even half of it is going to be exposed to cool moving air. Wouldn't this create a even bigger loss in PSI from the compressor housing to the plenum? Why not save yourself...

Lol i'm trying to finish up my own project. Im going as stock as possible :) Waiting on my coolant lines, then ill move to my vacuum lines and then wiring....then Ill be able to drive the car for another 20 years :)

Ok true that, but I thought if it were the valve stem seals, it would smoke during start-up and lighten up after it warmed up. This problem only occurs if he is stopped for more then 15 secs. Give or take a second. :D

Correct, the gasket's already been taken care of. I'm going to be running the stock boost. stock injectors, stock everything. Only thing that may be different is the inter-cooler piping. which is going to be solid with a after market BOV. Which I may not even install till I get the car running...
