I'd use a 7MGTE block instead of a 7MGE block because the turbo block has oil squirters that spray the internals. I can't really say for sure, but there might be some things that aren't there on the NA block (like turbo oil feed outlet - don't know for sure).

It might be the electric fan. I know some people on here have had problems with some types not cooling as well as the stock clutched fan. As a test, you might pull the electric fan and put on the stocker (if you still have it). It might be kind of a stretch, but it is possible.

Is it visibly burning oil in the exhaust (white smoke and all)? What kind of shape is your engine in? Is there oil in the intake where the stock crankcase vents dump into, or is it only in the IC piping after the turbo?
