Is it building up and then dropping, building up etc.? You might pull your EFI fuse and wait a minute or two (I think it's actually 30 seconds) to reset your ecu. It should reset all the learned settings. I've had this symptom before, just can't remember exactly what I did to fix it.

The NA's have a slightly different spoke design as well.
