If it were me I would go with the forged because the JE Pistons dont have enough of a side skirt to keep you from hearing a knocking noise. But that is just my opinion.

So this was the motor going back into her car The motor was installed in the car and has been babied now for a while. I have been running into a few issues but not a lot to hold it back. It has been my dd now for a while and I am happy with the turn out.
