I would stay away from the Ebay DP. I just had to return one because the build quality was so bad that two of the turbo's mounting nuts wouldn't even go on without them hitting the pipe or welds. And the divider plate is really flimsy. Compare the BIC divider versus the Ebay one: BIC Ebay...

The lifters do tick, being non-hydraulic.. I'd only go as far as sandpaper on rotors lol.

"Full" on the overflow bottle should actually read "hot". Don't forget the coolant expands as the car heats up, so yeah of course it's going to overflow out of the bottle if it's too full to begin with.
