IIRC the tacho should move slightly while cranking, if the CPS is working properly.
This guy shows how to test injectors for power and pulse using only a simple test light.

& make sure that EFI fuse didn't pop
Weird.. measured mine and it's only 16"
I'd just get a used OEM spoiler that's all ready to go and have it painted.. That car's too nice for jimmy rigging lol. Bolt it on, pass inspection, then get it painted later.
(my lights are smoked lol)
There's a used center section on Ebay for...
Check the for-sale section of this forum, I would buy a used stock one and try to fit it's internals into that one's brake light lens (I see by the pic it's not "missing", it's just not working for whatever reason). If that won't work, get the used one paint matched.
Congrats on the pick up by...
Did you test the VSV? It's a very basic part that doesn't fail very easily

(simply apply battery voltage to it and verify that air flows from pipe E to the air filter on it)
When I had a similar problem my car would be hard...
I really hope Shine can replicate it as is.. It's hard enough trying not to scrape mine, and I'm trying to keep my car 'original' (factory look)
Or if Shine doesn't really want to make it, maybe they can strike a deal with Autostyle (using our group buy money) to have a bunch shipped over to them.
Why is it that every middle tail piece I see still has the molding attached to the bottom? Does anyone know if it's possible to remove just the molding from the car without having to remove the whole piece?
-edit- Nevermind, took the piece off and figured it out. I though the side moldings were...
I think I had the same problem when doing my struts/springs, only on the right.. weird. I remember locking some Vise-Grips onto the bolt and wrestling with it for quite some time lol. Not sure what it was catching on, as it was hidden by the wheelwell spashguard.
Nah I think OEM is ABS or something. I like it because when it gets scuffed I can simply use increasing grades of sandpaper to restore the finish, since it's a solid black material throughout that's easy to work with.
There's a 'knock-off' on fleabay, but it's $900 right now, which means they are low on stock (I think). Gotta wait til they get more and make the price under $200 again.
The front end is so low on these cars, I don't think Shine would have any problem selling just as many of these as the other styles they offer if they added them to their lineup, Japan and US spec.
