If you're careful, use a 6 sided crescent, and make sure it's perfectly parallel to the bolt face your chances should be pretty good If it's lined up right, hold it so that theres a bit of preload on the bolt, and give the furthest end (leverage) a good whack with the hammer, should be loosened...

Wait, you want to modify the stock oil cooler for AN fittings? Why not just get a much better aftermarket cooler... Drop the whole oiling circuit and go full flow / thermostatic :)
