Did u set your ignition timing with a timing light as per the TSRM after u repaired your BHG? Did u make sure your Cam timing was correct after u released the tensioner? If u did not do so RIGHT NOW or those conditions will get worse. Please believe.
This is a quite common problem. The vacuum line that runs to your VSV has a hole in it somewhere. Check the line (it's a hard vaccum line that runs atop the firewall) get some electrical tape and wrap that sucka up nice as u can. That will be a short term fix unitil u can replace the line, or...
Do the checks that were posted in the previous post. Then do this.....with the motor cold remove the rad cap. Start your motor and watch what happens with the coolant. It should not start over flowing imediately, if it does like in less that 30 seconds welcome to the wonderful world of BHG...
