Check all of your vaccum lines and I mean all of them. Disconnected vaccum line can possibly be the cause of your extra fuel consumption. Is your power output the same or do u feel a change in power output? If so check your timing.

No shroud since I bought the car in May. w/BHG needle would stay 40% the way up. W/ new HG same thing also w/o the rad being completely filled needle never goes further than 40% up the guage. However thermostat, rad cap, water pump and rad r new also.

I used large screwdriver and shop towel. Put the rag over the screwdriver got under car and carefully tapped on pulley while rotating after every few taps. Worked like a charm no damage to pulley.

Word to the wise. When setting your cam timing u should pay attention to the cam marks after u release the tensioner, sometimes it will pull the cam marks back one notch, so u might have to set the marks one notch past the cam timing marks in order to get the marks lined up perfectly at the...

Johnathan1 took all the words right of my PC. Double check harness wiring and give all wires especially those on the drivers side a wiggle test while u are starting the car and also check your EFI fuse while your at it if u haven't done so already.
