^^^ why do you say that? its the right car to have anywhere in the world... he'll just need to take extra caution/precaution so that he doesnt let his engine breath in lots of dust. its a nice looking car and i think it suits iraq just as well as a car can suit anywhere else in the world.

dude... i'll tell you why your turbo failed. it ate a lot of sand! haha... you should try and find a way to keep that sand outta the engine bay... do you have your undercover in place? if so.. well.. try and find a way to keep it outta there!!... man yoru engine bay looks nasty!

dude. this topic has been covered many many times. they can handle as much HP as you can throw at it as long as you treat it right. as long as there is a little bit of slippage in your clutch or tires it should be fine. when you start driving with the full shock on the transmision, 1st gear...

to my knowledge... that type of strut bar would do nothing on our car? can someone who knows more abotu our suspension setup chime in? i've heard the only ones worth gettign are the ones that brace diagonally and across to the firewall

i actually like the auto! im glad i swapped mine to a 5 speed, but once this thing is hot rodded beyond streetability ill probably pick up an auto turbo as a daily driver.

i need a turbo timer so bad, but i gotta adjust my ebrake first. sittin in my car for a mniute or two after i park is gettin annoying :P

if its burning oil, just for the test through in some lucas opil stabilizer or somethign simillar. i believe it basically makes the oil thicker and unable to seep through small leaks. if youre burning oil due to something major, it might not stop it. but for diagnostic purposes it would be good...

your best/cheapest/almost only bet is to find each ;piece one by one and slowly replace it all.
